Ingrown Hair Tweezing

Question…

HUGE ingrown hair… reocurring when tweezing..?

Well, i am a guy, and i have this reocurring problem with ingrown hairs where i tweeze my eyebrows (middle part where unibrow is)
after a few days, sometimes even a week after tweezing. i start feeling a little pain on the area, and then within a few days after that, it starts swelling up, and then just goes crazy from there.
It gets HUGE, like putting a small marble under the skin, and takes a few weeks to start getting better. Then, when it gets better, i have to tweeze again, and the whole scenario starts over.

at first i just used any random tweezers, but then read that they have to be clean, and good, and that i have to clean the skin, and tweeze in the direction of the hair.

But this last time, i did almost everything.
I bought new tweezers with a point, dipped them in rubbing alcohol. Took a shower first,to make sure the area was clean and soft. I tweezed in the direction of the hair, and then washed the area off with cold water. I did not put any lotions or anything, because i did in the past and i guess it just clogged the pores. I also tried acne medication and it didnt do anything….

Is there anything i can do to stop this extremely annoying thing from happening everytime i tweeze?
Thanks

Im not sure what it is but I would be very careful with ingrown hairs because I had one tiny one on my face and a cyst grew around it like the size of a peanut M & M. It was horrible. I had to get surgery to get it out and now i have a 1 inch scar on my face. I would go to the dermotoligist just to be on the safe side. Good luck.

there is this stuff you can buy at walmart called Prid drawing salve it is in a small orange tin in the aisle with the bandaids and gauze. u bought it to treat a small infection on my husbands toe, it worked like a charm, it draws out and puss or infection from under your skin. i have used it for ingrown hairs and pimples and it works great. you might need to use it 2 or 3 times but it till get rid of that boil from the ingrown hair.

afterwards, use a wax instead of tweezing
