What’s the difference between facial wax and body wax?
I was reading the warning in a jar of wax for the body and is said do not use on the face and I was wondering why. I that the all wax was the same.

facial means face and body means legs arms stomach etc!

perhaps because the skin on your face is more sensitive than that on the rest of your body so they have different ingredients in them?

Body wax is “stronger” than the facial wax. You wouldn’t want to use the body wax on your face, and the facial wax probably wouldn’t be strong enough to remove hair from the body. Facial hairs are a different texture than body hair.

It’s mostly because facial waxing should be done by a professional. The skin on your face is more sensitive than the skin elsewhere, and it is very easy to damage it when waxing.
